When you try to call an order in no one answers the phone. And it says mail box items full. We work just like they do so we have... to put our order in and one designated person go and pick it up but you can't do that if no one answers the phone. And aboutordering on line we have done that also and order got screwed up. That's why I rated it so low. Other wise the food is good.They should have more help. Because it's not fair to us or you guys. Because you all lose money and we can't eat where wechoose to and still be able to eat in our lunch appointed time frame. Read more
Placed online order 2 days ago. App with progress bar said meal was ready for pick up. They claim they never got the order... because of an issue with their printer. Fine. Then why did app show it ready? At the very least app with said bar is useless.Cancelled order. Card was charged too but charges still haven't been reversed. Fail. Read more
3 stars because I work for subway for 8 years! I go to different subway to see how they do and what they do different and stuff... I came in not that long ago 30 mins before closing which I kinda feel bad because I know how it is I have a foot-longoven-roasted chicken breast the girl never asked me if I wanted toasted or not she just toasted it which I did wanted toastedbut the sub was cold! I went in for lunch and found a very long black hair in my sub. It was too late for me to go back but to make matters even worse... the store was messy and the workers were rude. And I watched them use the same knife they used for the person in front of me formy sub without cleaning it. Read more
