The moment I pulled up to the drive thru speaker a recorded message said they were closed 3 hours before their closing time. I... sat there for a good 10 seconds in disbelief and asked "are you actually open?". And the person said they were over thespeaker. The burger didn't have lettuce even though I never made a request for no lettuce. Fries were cold and obviously satfor a long time. As I was getting my order from the window, pretty sure the recording saying they were closed played foranother car that pulled up because they left a few seconds after they pulled up to the speaker. I have been coming here for the past couple of nights trying to order food after I get out of a long shift at work and the doors... are locked. I go through the drive-through and every time I get a speaker message saying that they are closed when their hourssay they are open till midnight and all the lights are on and there are employee cars in the parking lot, I also see employeesin the window but none of them ever answer when you go up to it I get it if you?re short staffed, but at least shut down thestore because some people want like I waited there forever Read more
We made a stop here to grab a bite. The person at the counter walked away when we stepped up. She finished serving the family of... 3 in front of us and went to the back. We kept standing waiting for her return. She continued to talk to the workers in theback. Suddenly she said "I'm coming". Still standing and waiting. We got the message and left the restaurant. Probably 1 of the worst Wendy's experiences ever. The employees clearly do not want to be there. Very loud, laughing & using... their phones. The dining room, bathroom & glass doors were all filthy. Someone sneezed behind the counter where they are makingthe food, proceeded to blow their nose & continued making food. The cashier was wearing gloves took money, then went back to dofood. With the same gloves on. Gross just gross. Read more
I have been going to Wendy's my whole life. I know what to expect. There is a standard. Last night I was in the mood for a JBC... so we stopped on our way home at about 9pm and went through the drive through. It was not slow, but not fast. We ordered two 4for $4, which was supposed to include a JBC in each, fries 4-piece nugget, and a drink. We got our food after a slight waitbecause "they were waiting on the other burger" We took our food three minutes up the road to our hotel and as soon as wepulled it out of the bag we knew something was off. The burgers felt hard. The buns were stale. The burgers were wrong....they gave us the most basic kids cheeseburger The burgers were cold. The fries were cold. The nuggets were cold. The waterswe asked for did not get delivered. No big deal. Now, I know the styling on the outside of this building is still circa 1992...but you shouldn't be using ingredients from back then too. While retro (my favorite), the staff were really friendly. patient, and the bathrooms were clean. Everything was organized and... stocked, everyone was very personable. There have been whispers of sanitation issues, while I didn't experience any when I wasthere, I have an iron stomach and the parking lot is almost always empty. I didn't even know they were open till my friend and Iwent. Because of that, I'm just going to stick with the one in Cambridge. I'll wait till they upgrade the place before I goback. Read more
Do not waste your money. The fries must have sat there for hours. They were cold rocks. They had no sodas. The chicken... nuggets were raw. The food was not even edible. I should have taken it back. If I could give Zero starts I would. Read more
I don't really review places but after eating here several times over the year it just seems crazy that it's gross or wrong... everytime. I love Wendy's. This is not normal. Every burger I get here has definitely just been sitting around. It's so badsometimes times that's it's completely inedible. The bread.. the burger.. is almost dried out. This place needs help.
