This place is a dump. For the number of staff walking around you would think the place would be clean. It was gross. Napkins... and food all over the floor, dirty tables. Waitress hated her job, that was obvious. We ordered soft pretzels, wings and fries. The wings and fries came out, they were ok. Never got the pretzels, waitress never came to ask if everything was ok. Shebrought the bill and I said "are the pretzels on there, cause we didn't get them" response- "no, they arent on there". First off let me say that the food was pretty good. The wings weren't over cooked, the potato wedges had the right amount of... flavor and seasoning. I didn't have any ketchup but the were still pretty great. I also tried their brisket street tacos and Iwas surprised at how tasty they were. Not too much sauce, I got the toppings on the side so I can put as little as I wanted. Youcould taste the flavor of the brisket because they didn't smoother the tacos in sauce. Thumbs up for that. The Strawberrylemonade was so pretty and delicious. It wasn't overly sweet, overloaded with ice or to sour. The perfect balance. Our waitresswas sooo sweet. Especially to my little girl. I wish I could remember her name because if she was AWESOME!! Unfortunately, therestaurant itself was a complete mess. First off shame on the patrons that threw their garbage on the floor. Their were strawwrappers and towelettes all over the floor. It was ridiculous at how much it was. It was almost as if a frat party had comethrough there. You may ask "why didn't I leave?" This is the worse place ever. We got Uber Eats, the food that came, yes I know it?s not going to be fresh but that?s not the... issue. Tiny portions of fries, if I was at the restaurant and they brought those out to me the manager and I would be having aconversation. The burgers, neither one are what I ordered, so my 7 year old refused to eat her burger, which I don?t blame her,it was gross. Don?t get the burgers, and the wings ain?t all that either. This is twice I ordered a plain burger on uber and got a burger with everything on it. It shows it right on the receipt bun... only. Even the burger they sent me is thrown together like a kid playing kitchen. Not ordering from there again. Waste of money. Read more
I don?t really like leaving reviews unless something is extraordinarily good or bad, well in the case of the Easton area Buffalo... Wild Wings it was the latter. The bartender was rude off the bat, constantly complaining that she ?didn?t want to do anything?,huffed and puffed anytime a question was asked or request was made. We ordered 30 boneless wings and let me say that thesethings were TINY. We fully expected to bring some home (only 2ppl eating) but there wasn?t even enough, they were SMALL. Also,we got shorted on the total number of wings! In the time it took me to eat 4, unless the person next to me ate 11 of them inthat same time frame, we were shorted. After I ate my 4 the dish looked pretty light so I counted the remaining at 15 which isimpossible we could have ate 15 wings in 3 min. Service bad, food tiny and expensive. Ok I hate leaving bad reviews but this trip was just awful. Maybe it's not popular to order a burger at a chicken place but... that's not an excuse to serve a burger DRIPPING grease!!! I'm never the type to send food back, but I had to today and when itcame back... it was the same issue, honestly I'm pretty sure it was the same exact burger. The first time it came out it wasliterally dripping!! I picked it up and it was leaking grease in a steady stream. The second time the bun was just soaked ingrease I probably could've squeezed it out!! I tried to take a bite I just couldn't do it, it was a slippy greasy mess. Lastlyour meals came out separate. My first burger came out literally almost 10 mins before my bf and sons meals and their fries werecold ??????? seems weird. Idk maybe an off day but we won't be going back. Good points? Our waiter was polite, offered to takethe burger off the check without an issue and the mozzarella sticks and onion rings were really good. Read more
