Absolutely awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered lunch here for our employees. Only 4 burrito bowls. All the food... was cold, all the drinks were warm and one order was severely under portioned compared to the others. We placed our order andpicked it up in under 15 minutes so there should have been no reason the food would be cold unless they aren?t keeping it warmto begin with. In addition to this, the overall quality of the food was watery and certainly did not meet chipotle?s usualstandards. I wouldn?t even feed it to my dog. We had to get lunch from somewhere else. This location is a mess. My wife and I walked in on 8/19/2022 at 4:40pm. As we walked in I commented to my wife that there was... food all over the floors, and the long dining counters. It looked like there had been a food fight. We walked to the area topick up our online order and was informed by the man behind the counter (missing teeth in front) that he was the only personthere, and had not made our online order. He said it would be some time before he could get to making our order, as there was aline of people. We asked if we should cancel the order and get in line instead, and he became rude, and belligerent. He beganyelling at us to "jump the line", and repeated this in an aggressive tone over and over...suggesting that we get in front of allthe other customers. I explained we would not do that and inconvenience all those customers just because their online orderprocess was broken. He then became more belligerent indicating that the store?s process was not broken, even though our orderpickup time was 4:45pm and it was past that. This extremely loud conversation occurred in the open, and in front ofapproximately 5-8 other customers who were standing in line. Worst chipotle we've ever been too. Order is ALWAYS screwed up. Often not open when they should be. Went in once and they... couldn't take my order because the manager didn't show up. Was told to go home or to car and order online. Love Chipotle butfind a new manager because this one store is horrible! Just got back with our order and half the ingredients we ordered weren'ton it and ice cold despite picking it up within minutes of ordering. Always out of stuff also. And they never answer the phone,even when slow, so forced to post here rather than take it up personally. Read more

My experience was quite frustrating. Ordered delivery on the mobile app. Which was fine and they just link it through door dash... so drivers are random. First, the order was late. Also when it did arrive my driver informed me that there was a lot ofconfusion between the staff and certain orders and asked me to check if I got the right one (she doesn't know English, butregardless she was pleasant and actually tried to help me out using a translator). But it wasn't the right order. I was thentold to call the store to get my issue solved. I wouldn't have been so annoyed if it wasn't an automated customer servicesystem. When I called then I had to chat with a bot who gave me a BOGO in my email. So after the entire process I still ended uphungry and having to pay DOUBLE than originally ordered. Spent $60 for two bowls, a kids quesadilla, chips, and one drink with Uber Eats. I got two half bowls, a 1/4 bag of chips. My... son even laughed at the tiny amount of food he received. I need to learn my lesson and just stop giving Chipotle any of mymoney, it's obvious that they gave up. Read more

The first issue I had was the order wasn't right, and the second issue was the guacamole was bad. I went back for them to fix... the order, only for them to slop the same disgusting guacamole on it. When I asked for fresh quacamole, and they said this wasthe only quac they had left. They argued telling me that the quac is fresh, and it was a "special" kind of avacado that theyused. I tasted a small portion, and it turned my stomach. There was no "special" kind of avacado, the guac was just bad! Iasked for them to remake the order, again, with no quac this time. They did, and we were given a full refund, but this was verydisappointing, will not go back. Read more
