This place never disappoints. But the app needs to be fixed. When you order online, there is no where to write comments. I... needed a lettuce wrap because I need gluten free but I couldn't comment on that anywhere. There is a spot you can add that saysyou need assistance but again it doesn't let you indicate what kind of assistance. Read more
The food is always good. The price is always high but worth it. Lately the fries have been...lacking. Barely any bag fries.

Very good burgers, but not at the asking price. For 2 cheeseburgers, and order of fries (which were wimpy) to share between two,... and one shake shared by two came to $40 with taxes and tip. While the food is good, its not $40 good. Sorry. Read more
Honestly no matter how many times I tell them I want my burger well done, they never listen. When I asked them to make it well... done, their response is the burgers are always well done there is no pink. Decided to give them another chance last night andorder some burgers well done. This is how cheeseburgers were meant to be made! These cooked to order burgers and fries are incredible and delicious. They... even list where the fries that you are eating came from. We ordered bacon cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry milk shake. The fries are put in a cup that is in a bag then they fill more fries into the bag. You will not leave hungry from this place. Highly recommend trying five guys at least once in your life! Read more
