First off, Joel at the front desk is the definition of great customer service ! Very kind and welcoming to everyone that walks... in. So long story short. Last week I ordered a chicken wrap and when I got back to my job 3 minutes away the sandwich was cold.So I called to see wether the sandwich was suppose to be hot or cold. Joel explained the sandwich is suppose to be hot. Shekindly asked if she can replace the sandwich next time I come. Well she did and this time everything was nice hot anddelicious. Definitely great people managing the place. The owner obviously cares about his customers and delivers good food paired with... outstanding service. Is it the best Mediterranean/Lebanese food I've ever had? Probably not, but they have a good starting pointby using fresh and quality ingredients.
