Worst McDonald's I have visited. A couple of weeks ago I order breakfast and had to leave without my order after waiting with... several other patrons for over 10 minutes. Today I ordered breakfast and I was told to Paul ahead and wait. An employee cameout and haded me a bag of food. I drove a couple miles and found that it was not my order. Ordered on drive thru using the mobile app -was told to park and wait for food. Which took about 15 min. To only receive warm... food. Unfortunately I didn?t have time to take it back in to get fresh food. I rarely go to this location. I?ll stick to theother location where I get fresh hot food. Read more
Terrible. Dine in mobile order was completely messed up. First they hand me the wrong order. Then my order was missing a fish... sandwich, a chicken deluxe sandwich and 2 drinks. Nuggets and fries where hard as rocks. While the guy working there (maybe amanager) tried hard to fix everything dinner was a disaster. I don't expect perfection, it is McDonald's, but this...totallyunacceptable. Read more
You know that feeling when someone is being hostile and you can feel your blood pressure just rise up as they are talking to... you? This was a stupid simple problem turned into and issue. On July 30th around 4:15PM I took my family to this McDonald's toorder some Hot Fudge Sundaes with extra fudge (extra charge per sundae). When we received the order it was a regular sundae andwe asked them to remake with the extra fudge like we ordered and paid for. The manager (a girl in red shirt with tattoos on herarms) came out and gave us a ton of attitude saying that they don't make them that way and I explained that we had just gottenthem there the day before made exactly that way. She explained that she wasn't on staff yesterday (which explains why they madeit right yesterday I suppose) and we went back and forth a few times as to the particulars of adding extra hot fudge to asundae. My wife worked for McDonald's for six years and that's literally the way they were trained to make them. We've alsogotten them that way in McDonald's all over the country but Forks township is special. The manager was rude and hostile but didoffer to slap some chocolate sauce on top and call it a day. The girl we had on the 29th was phenomenal for customer service..the "manager" with the tattoos on her arms needs retraining in customer service. Read more
For me to have to take the time out of my day to write a review m, because I don?t usually write reviews, but I?m doing this to... WARN people. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. Take a couple mins to go to the one 5 mins further trust me. I?ve given this place 5FIVE SEPARATE chances just because it was close to my house but no. Staff is awesome friendly and fast?.THE FOOD IS NASTY. ITWILL MAKE YOU SICK. Had the McNuggets got sick. Had the burgers got sick. The only thing safe on the menu are their fries. THATSIT. This place is terrible, always out of everything. They haven?t had ice cream or shakes in almost a year and finally got them... back. So I ordered a cone and that is what I got, $2.50 for that. I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken and the chicken was smallerthan the bun and burnt. I work at a McDonald?s and I would never serve that to a customer. Also the workers have a lot ofattitude, I asked if I could add something on when I got to the window and the girl looked at me and rolled her eyes. Not theway to treat a customer. Download the (McDonald's app). Put in location or sometimes it will recognize where you're at. Tell the cashier the code of... the item you want. The app only allows you to get one free or bought item at a time Nothing like saving. Right.. Enjoy.. Read more
