Had an extended conversation to ensure the order was not to go.... only a sandwich in bag. Waited 25 minutes while two cooks... joked and cleaned utensils while to-go orders rolled out.... check the shelf and saw they had long prior placed our entire orderthere, including a cup for drink we already had..... meanwhile, shift lead walked around handing out candy and discussing beingshortstaffed as others cleaned floors and tables..... totally oblivious to any customers sitting throughout the area. The lobby has been closed for a while, which is fine with me (despite angering a lot of people). My only issue is that I have... always had some part of my meal missing. If they are only doing take out, I wish they could at least do that right. They alwayscorrect it, but still annoying. Read more
Most panera breads are good, this one has been frustrating mostly due to them not being staffed I guess. Eitherway me and the... several other people trying to get food here were annoyed. If I am able to get food here at all the next few days while workingin the area I might change my review but for now I've tried 3 times the last few days and for one reason or another haven't beenable to get anything. Really one of the worst Panera?s out there. Prices here have gone way up and the quality has gone staggeringly down over the... last 2 years here. Last week I was here and my $12 Fontega Chicken sandwich looked like it was torn apart by an animal thenplaced in the wrapper. Today, the dining room is closed at various days and times with no online notice, just a poorly wordsign on the front door. Since the dining room is closed, I tired to use the drive through - Sat in line for ten minutes toorder and at 11:02 am was told that breakfast wasn?t available? this I location is just around the corner from my house but Iwon?t ever be back. Great food, but never again. $35 for a whole salad, soup, sandwich, and 2 drinks. At a fast food joint. Bus your own table.... Clean up the crumbs from the slobs before you. The green goddes$ is a greedy one. Read more

Today I was in the drive through line ordering food. My sandwich by itself was over 10 dollars. While this is going on, a dude... comes out of the back wheeling a cart with a mountain of bread on it. Like enough bread to feed a family for a month. He throwsit all in the dumpster. What the actual #@$& Panera. First of all it's bread, you can freeze it to keep it from going bad.Secondly if you don't want to freeze it you could give it away. There are poor, hungry families in your area and numerouschurches and food pantries that would gladly take this bread. You'll throw away pounds of usable food but won't pay youremployees living wages? I'm not coming here anymore and I'm telling my friends and family to stay away too. Your food isn't eventhat good. Food was tasty but ordered takeout and there where several problems: soup container half filled, no bread included with a group... soup order, no lettuce or tomatoes available for the sandwiches. Disappointing. Check your entire takeout order before leaving.Don't trust they will give you what you pay for. Read more
