A lady behind the counter was very nice to us (I saw comments regarding rude staff). The store was so clean. I really liked this... Subway. Decorations, the layout was really nice and good looking to eyes, making feel cozy and comfortable. I will definitelybe coming again. FYI, this location accepts coupons (some places don't...) Thank you to the gals who were working tonight!! Still getting used to the new hours of all restaurants and retail stores. They... closed at 8:00 PM. And I arrived at 7:59 PM not thinking that hours might have changed. The gals graciously offered to make metwo foot-longs. Loved their suggestion to call ahead if I was every running late and they would have them made up for me aheadof time and ready to go. Saved me tonight! Need food for the hubby for dinner!! Absolutely horrible...no wonder this chain is closing doors. A couple of BLT's and the only ingredient that could be tasted was... the roll which was far from fresh. Literally had to add our own lettuce and tomato at home...if we had bacon we would have addedthat too. Do yourself a favor and just walk by this store and don't spend a red cent...there are far too many better options topatronize. Read more
Really bad experience. Got there 20-25 min from closing and as soon as I got there half of the things were already put away. The... employee I got was then rushing me the whole time and made comments I didn?t appreciate. He kept on reminding me to hurry it upand my whole experience with this subway was terrible. Will probably not come back ever and I love 2 min away. Will prefer todrive more to get better service. Read more
Definitely a hit or miss experience depending on what kind of employee you get. While some are fine, others I've had problems... with. There was one employee who messed up my sub by getting the entire thing in contact with something I didn't want. Juststarted packing up the sub like there was nothing wrong, even though it was clearly obvious what had happened. I was so shockedat this, I stood there for a second and told him he needed to remake my food. His mood instantly changed, and he started toaggressively remake the sandwich after slamming the first one in the trash. First time I have ever had to walk out of arestaurant like this. Read more
They close whenever they want, went in today at 835, ordered a subway melt, he made the wrong sandwich and then when j tried to... correct him he said subway melt was a real thing and if I wanted bacon on it then it would be extra, even tho the sandwich is onthe website and says it come with bacon, he didn't ask me if it was for here or to go, then when I tried to sit and eat he saidthey close in 5 minutes, it was 840 and the sign said open till 9, we made it out to the car and he locked the door and shut thelights off.
