The Kettle Room was terrific, and not strictly because of the delicious food. The owner and chef Ed is worth a visit just to... meet him. But the food will keep you coming back as well. Our multiple experiences with Ed, our host at the Kettle Room where he created an blissful evening to remember. So, how do you... order. There are so many choices that suit any palette and food sensitivities. We left the choices up to our host. Using justkettles and steam, he was able to create a tasting menu that was perfect with our conversation and company. We called in advanceto make sure there was available seating.
