Just moved to Easton and went to the State for the first time. The interior is eclectic and fun; we sat in a booth with our four... year old and picked our favorite art pieces and danced in our seats. Our server was professional, kind, and efficient. Myhusband had the breakfast burrito and I had the breakfast sandwich, and our daughter had the apple pie pancake. This may soundstrange, but I was most excited about the pancake. I love making pancakes at home because you can get them so fluffy with such aperfect texture but 9/10 breakfast places really just serve you big batch, overworked batter (not knocking it, I totally getit). This pancake was the most perfect pancake. It was fluffy inside with such a beautiful texture. Everything really wasgreat-- excellent coffee and tart, but sweet oj. Hot breakfast sandwich on delicious sourdough, and quick service. We'lldefinitely be regulars here. Read more
Very pleasant and nicely located cafe. Perfect for enjoying a nice brunch outside in spring. Unfortunately, the picture of the... banana bread french toast isn't as good as it could have been because it was too tasty and I too hungry. When I'm in Easton PAagain, this place will be top of the list! Read more

This place is so incredible. I've been here twice, and both times received amazing service. Kate, I believe is her name, was our... server both times. She is top notch. Food was more upscale than I expected and prices were great! The menu was not boring either :) The breakfast burrito was good... but not exactly what I was expecting. I was not a huge fan of the sausage but that is just a personal taste. I?ll definitelygo back. They had a Samoa pancake that looked very tempting that I need to try :) **UPDATE** Went again with the family anda demy own scramble that was DELICIOUS!!! My kids also enjoyed the pancakes. Always a Delight. This is by far our favorite Breakfast spot! The food is always Spot on! My favorite is the LA Stir Fry. I... cannot steer away from that dish. I've tried other menu items that are quite delicious as well but the LA gets me everytime!Their Seasonal Cinnabon Pancakes are a must try! This place is a true Gem!
