Check out Tucker!! Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic. The avocado toast was amazing and so were all the... pastries. I?m still giving Tucker five stars, however, I wish the matcha was a little stronger!! Read more

Definitely the best coffee I?ve had in the Lehigh Valley, which makes sense because multiple people rec?d it! Chill location in... the old mill, and right near the bike path. Love to see cortado and flat white on a coffee menu. Served at the right temperaturetoo! Appreciate the obvious effort here and love for good coffee. The macadamia nut milk works well too and it?s not somethingyou see often, though they don?t have soy or almond, which would be nice as options. Also no vegan baked goods or vegan quickfoods, which is disappointing for a place with this good of coffee that also has obvious concern for the environment. Especiallyin 2021! For me then it?s closer to 3.5 stars but you can?t do half stars so I?m rounding up cause the barista liked my MalcolmX shirt. :) Read more

My husband and I have been here 3 weeks in a row. The vibe is great but the food is spectacular. Incredibly nuanced with... creative combinations and a clear healthy/whole foods bend. Each time we have come there is something different on the menu totry out which I love. Having lived in both NYC and Seattle at different times, I've sorely missed good cappuccino. This placeserves it up right and I'm absolutely thrilled. Today we brought our 10 yr old boys and they both gave the place a thumbs uptoo! Jason the owner, has greeted us and chatted each visit and the staff we have met are friendly and welcoming! Read more

Aussie themed menu and offerings. They have vegimite if that's what you like. I had the breakfast roll without the greens. You... get a clipboard with the menu and then go and choose where you would like to sit. Then to the counter to place your order.Coffee is served in a glass. The breakfast roll was nice and just the right amount of everything. Lost a star for getting acoffee refill. Read more

Amazing place to enjoy delicious and healthy food with a great atmosphere is for everyone and the whole family, even the furry... members of the family since they are dog friendly, they also support local producer and use organic and/or local products. Theyare conscious about the environment and do cooperate with a better place for all of us, while providing quality creative mealsand drinks that makes you feel happy and healthy just to see it, then wait until you taste it. The service and attention isphenomenal, totally makes you feel like coming back as much as possible. There is fresh water available for your dogs andbicycle designated area as well as plenty of parking spaces for your car. Also very nice outdoor seating. Great aussie Cafe foreveryone to visit and enjoy!!! Read more

A nice cafe! Cozy atmosphere, hot beverages, and good food. The owner was very personable and outspoken. He recommended the... caramel slices. My wife and I are not big on caramel but they were very tasty and went great with our coffee. View-Mastersscattered throughout the place with reels to look at from around the world. A couch or two would be great for repeat customerswho like to lounge. We're no longer local to the Easton area, but I'd come back here. Read more
