2nd day and 2nd time letting someone behind the register know that the coke needs to be filled and today the lemonade so it can... be addressed, 2nd time the answer I received was "oh". That's not the answer that should have been. I've worked in customerservice fo almost 30 years and if that was the answer I gave I would be fired. I came to this wawa due to closer to home, butfrom now on I will be driving to the one on 248. There were 2 girls behind the counter tonight and I believe the shift managerwas the one who checked me out. She lacks management skills to run the store. Read more

Poor Food Service , Terrible Build to Order Sandwich. This morning I stopped at this WaWa and decided to get a Built to Order... sandwich. It was was to be a western omelet with spinach and bacon plus the extra bacon. The omelet was paper thin, I got about3 pieces of spinach and some tiny bacon bits pieces. This Wawa is the best Wawa that I have ever been to! They really care about their customers and the quality of the food that... they serve. This one really nice girl there, Roz, is awesome she always goes out of her way to help people I always see herrunning around in there working hard along with all the other employees too. The night shift has absolutely no work ethic, and can give a s@&t on how they prepare the food, or respect any special orders... requested. They seem like they don?t want to be there, thus venting there actions into the customers food. I literally was sopi$&ed off, for a simple request of double toasted, and get into ramapo ny, discovering that it wasn?t when the manager said itwas, tossing the sandwich out the window for wildlife to ingest. 3:00am 3/9/2021 hopefully you can remember and have a good olechuckle, while you chuckle, chuckle at you?re job because your most likely there for a reason. Never get double meat, this wawa is clueless. Also gobblers are $9. Also I paid 6 dollars for a pint of "large" chicken Noodle... soup. 2 gobblers, roast beef sub and soup for $38. Read more
