We came here to eat dinner prior to doing some errands. There was a couple sitting at a table waiting for their order. We... ordered our food and sat down. A few men walked in and ordered their food and sat down. Within 15 min they received their foodand we were still sitting there. One of the workers came over and said that the other people received our order and they areworking on ours and they apologize. We said thats fine we understand. Another 25 minutes go by and another worker came overand asked if we were waiting for something. I said our food. She asked my name and I told her and she looked confused and saidshe will be right back. A few minutes later she came back with our food and said it was bagged up for pick up. When we receivedour food they did not even make my husband's tater tots. The worker did make them but we were half way done with our meal. Thefood wasn't as fresh as if we would have gotten it right away but all in all the food was good and the staff was nice. Need morestaff. I felt sorry for the workers. Read more
Received promotional coupons by mail and figured I would try their burgers (2for1 promo). Were made to order, which was nice,... and took about 15 minutes. Once received, only 2 of the 4 burgers, were in the bag. I alerted the counter person of the error,which she stated they would correct. Here's where the failed customer service comes into play. Instead of fixing the situationwith 2 burgers already on the grill, they added 2 more which took another 20 minutes to prepare. All in all, it took about 40minutes to receive my full order. Once received, no apology from the staff or manager about the screwed up order. I guess Ishould be happy that I checked the bag before I got home. Read more
First time trying Wayback Burger, I spent $52 on an order and my grilled chicken was raw entirely!! As soon as I open the... sandwich you can tell it?s raw!! Check picture below I couldn?t speak to anyone cause they had just closed but I will be takingthe sandwich back tomorrow. Read more
Hyper expensive. Classic double, full fry and regular drink, plus a shake was 25 bucks!!! 5.50 for a premade shake that was... not good at all. Next time I want a good burger, I'll go to ledgewood, NJ and go to Fuddruckers. This is off my list. Ripoff!!! Read more

Food was greasy, but they're hamburgers, so that's expected. It also took longer than expected for our order to be ready, but... they make things fresh, so again, that's expected. Staff was kind and pleasant. The dining room is open and was clean. I thoughtthe deep fried pickles came with some kind of dip, but they came naked. Ranch would be delicious with them next time. Tried this place for the first time, got burgers and my daughter chicken tenders off the kids menu.. this is what was served... EXACTLY like this? (?) I was so appalled chopped up and burnt, I brought it up to the women working and her response was ?thisis how they come? didn?t offer us a replacement off the kids menu or a refund not even apologizing. Ordered from here twice during our stay at the hospital. The burgers were good, the environment was clean and the staff was... friendly. Only complaint, they did not add the sauce requested both times. Luckily I checked the second time and asked for thedipping sauces. Read more
