Absolutely the most disgusting fast food establishment in the history of mankind. Placed a mobile order through the app. Went... inside to avoid the drive thru line. It took a bit but that?s no big deal as they were busy. What was a big deal was what washappening behind the counter. MULTIPLE people assembling food without using gloves. Bare hands all over the food they wereserving to customers. Obviously there is no sanitary way to do this. The worst part is that what appeared to be one of themanagers was one of the individuals using their bare hands. Guessing he was a manager as he was in the process of trainingsomeone and was asked permission for a soda from one of the other employees. Icing on the cake was coming home and opening thebag. I was wondering in my head what the odds of getting food poisoning was from the chicken sandwich was? turns out they gaveme a bacon double cheeseburger instead of the chicken sandwich. Tasted like cat food. Will never order from there again. Even my dog turned her head at it. Everything was cold. I spent so much... money on it. Dining area is randomly closed and the drive through line never moves. Waited for 10 minutes today and didn't take my foot off... the break once. App still lists dining room as open and carry out as an option for ordering so buyer beware, you may be able toplace an order for something, but you won't be allowed to pick it up Read more
Ordered two chocolate frosty and received this tried to call no one answered and when finally did hung up
Wanted a quick bite to eat. Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a Dave's Double, no pickle, no onion, no bun. Got dried out... burnt meat with dried unmelted cheese, and a tomato with lettuce. No ketchup or mayonnaise was put on the food. Also had a freefries coupon which I mentioned when I placed the order. They charged me for the fries. This place was filthy. From the tables to the counters and windows, tv screen with wipe marks- poorly clean. And the one guy... ?James? who was not taking orders when I asked him (he didn?t even look at me, he shook his head no he wasn?t taking orders) buthis name is on the receipt, was too busy on his phone than attend to customers. The people there look like they work hard butare there just for that-to work, not provide customer service. The two register ladies, one with blue hair and the other withbrown-looked wormed out. Their tap machine ?don?t work? yells James from the side of the counter after watching me try itseveral times as he?s on his phone. The brown haired lady took care of the door dashers quicker than the actual customers andjust overall experience was brutal. Food was cooked and they messed up one of our sandwiches but it was a good mistake-but theservice was terrible. You can?t really expect much from a fast food chain but the wait was ridiculously long and people look atyou weird if you?re pregnant (apparently. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes just for my food to come out cold. The employee at the window was definitely on something... he opened the windows and said welcome to McDonald?s and was eating chicken nuggets and licking his fingers while taking orders.I was offered a spicy nugget using tongs through the window..then got my burger with paper cooked into the bun and it lookedlike this. I do not recommend this store as what it seemed like the supervisor/manager paying no attention to what the drivethrough employees were doing. Read more
