The employees are very unprofessional. They don?t wash they hands or wear gloves. No mask talking over people food. The fries... was cold I asked her for new fries she dumps them back in the grease. The girl ask the guy to hand me the food he said hell noand walked out. The manager says nothing she/he just continues to do what she/he was doing. They wearing jackets on they phonesit?s nasty smh. The Food at Wing Stop has Always Been Very Good but Recently the Service has gone Downhill, the Young Adults that work there are... Rude & have No Professionalism. I drive for doordash and I almost never accept orders to this mess. Got the doofy kid with longhair and deer in headlights look,... that's gonna be like 5-10 minutes. Ha! Yeah right add another 25 mins on to that. Just tonight for example people walk in toorder and doofy kid says I'm sorry were not accepting walkinshaw at this time only online orders. Unacceptable since my otherjob is restaurant me and 1 other dude cranking out these dd orders and all other orders in less than 10 minutes its callpreparation and hustle. The bone-in wings are are good, pretty crispy and sauce is tasty. Tenders are great, thigh bites are awful - tons of breading... and really greasy. Fries are fine - overall just stick to the tenders, bone-in wings and corn nibblers. Read more
I'm still waiting in the waiting room. 30 minutes later & 2 grub hub orders completed by the grubby wingtender. It's 9pm. How... hard is your job? I have been door dashing for a few months now and have picked up from here several times. The place is always clean and the... people are friendly. I talked to John and said I have never tried their wings but wanted to at some point. He gave me some totry and they were amazing. I have now gone back a few times and each time has been great.
