We had the small rib dinner and garlic Parm wing basket. Ribs were good sized and flavor was good. Green beans and potato... salad were also good. My wife had the wings and said the garlic flavor was delicious. Read more
Excellent service, staff and food. Shrimp was great, BBQ Big Baker & seafood gumbo was perfect. Onion rings were FIRE!
I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because 1. The waitress was really nice, and 2. The Brunswick Stew was good. Everything else... missed the mark. My sister and I both got ribs. They were dry and flavorless. Hers came out cold. We had to ask to have themheated up. You can tell the food had been sitting out for a long time. My fried okra was dry. Her sweet tea was not sweet, andshe set the corn down after just a couple of bites. It was not worth finishing. We had to soak our ribs in barbecue sauce togive them enough flavor/moisture to eat. We got seated immediately and then waited about 10 - 15 minutes for 2 shrimp dinners and they were both phenomenal. Service was... quick and professional. Was happy to finally find a place that had air conditioning as well. Atmosphere was embracing the beachvibe. We had tried multiple pther places previous to the Beach Pit but they all had a wait.
