Very dark, dim and gloomy. The fireplace would've been beautiful if it was lit up, which would've helped tremendously for the... family gathering we had... Service was a bit slow but ONLY because we had a large group and the pizza is made in the stoneoven...keep that in mind if you eat here it could take a good 30+ mins for food! Our waitress was very nice, however. Food didtaste good. The bar area looked nice, but we did not sit/eat/drink there. Read more

Today was a waste of $27 for not that great pizza. Made an over the phone order for pickup. Asked for small square Supreme... Pizza with Italian sausage and small salad. When ordering pizza I repeated the order twice and the lady on the endacknowledged. Picked up the pizza thinking it was fine and left the store. Got home and to my surprise the pizza doe andcheese half cooked. Plus, no Italian sausage . Maybe my fault but I will never go back there. Never again will I ever bedisappointed with a pizza order. Still as good as always. Glad I stopped by to eat here. They close pretty early (8 p.m.) . All I can figure is the... neighborhood has changed. Used to eat here late when I lived here 25 yrs ago. This place still makes excellent Detroit stylepizza. Read more

The best pizza I've ever had! Taste, texture, fresh herbs etc. Drove 40 minutes to get there as it was recommended by friends.... Highly recommend! Plus they have pull-tabs & won $150! A win win! Read more

Dated restaurant but the pizza was my first taste of Detroit style. Best part was the crispy crust bottom and edges but standard... toppings and dough. Note that unless you order a pie with tomato sauce, it won?t come with it (shouldn?t have assumed). It doestake about 20 minutes for the pizza to bake, and four pieces was enough for two of us for lunch with an app and side salad. The?small? side salad is actually quite large (good for one person). Plenty of parking, lots of tables and also bar seating.Service was friendly and very accommodating. Read more
