When I called to place my order I was very clear that I wanted 2 garlic dips. The girl who took my order actually confirmed that... she had them on my order. After I paid with my card, I reminded them that I had 2 dips. The manager, I'm assuming, informed methat she didn't charge me for them. She put them on my order as extras, but not as a charge. I wasn't about to charge my cardfor 2 dips, he wasn't willing to give me the dips without charging me. I was irritated, to say the least. He was rude about it. Read more

I ordered a pizza tonight and said light sauce on it and then put nothing on it up upset.
Customer service was great? food not so much. Pizza was overdone and we paid for the dip for the bread and it was very... underwhelming- like 1/4 inch of sauce in a huge pan? Hmmm. I think you get more in the small cups that over pizza places havefor way less. Read more
