This place used to be a 4-star at minimum. Im redoing my review after 3 wastes of $48 in a row. I cant even begin to explain how... good it used to be, the owner sold it an the new ownera just hire anything with a pulse. If you want to have a 30% chance ofgood pizza and no customer service then go here. There are some old employees still who make it so that 1/4 orders they make isquality but the rest of the time the sauce tastes like aluminum and the cheese is only partially cooked cause they push so manypizzas into the oven at once. Not only is this place not worth the money its not worth the time. its Sunday, you have 8people(with more coming in the door) already in the back working and i order one pizza and it takes 60 min. I place the orderonline 3 min after opening for 45 minutes in the future. This place will end up being a tax write off for the owner from all thewelfare recipients to work at to keep their benefits. This jets can?t ever get my sauces right. We are huge ranch lovers of jets. Tonight I ordered almost $100 worth of pizza, asked... for ranch with my wings/salad and cheese bread. Instead we got NO SAUCE AT ALL for our wings and bread and a Greek dressing forour salad that?s just going in the garage. I even wrote under special instructions to not forget the ranch for my items?. I?m soannoyed because last time I ordered a $7 bottle of ranch to have at my house and still wanted the free ranch that came with myitems but only received the bottle that I paid extra for. It was a bad experience. I ordered 4 pizzas. And 2 of them were not from my order. Plus I asked to put the sauce next. All... pizza was tasteless. Very sour sauce. This is terrible. Also, their mushrooms are not fresh, mushrooms from a can. The tasteis bad. Near my house is the same pizzeria and they cook much better. Read more
The quality and care are gone out of this place. 4 orders I had issues. They need to slow down and check their work instead of... the speedy service. Mistake #1- Ordered a pizza and jets pizza. What I got was a pizza and someone else's personalpizza. Mistake #2- Ordered boneless chicken wings and a pizza-what I got was regular chicken wings with the bones and apizza. Mistake #3- Ordered jet bread and ask for no sauce/butter to dip and and a pizza. . Received the pizza but receiveda cup of hot sauce in the with the bread Mistake #4- Ordered jet bread and pizza. Received both but both were very dark,crispy and burnt in areas if the oven was turned up higher to cook things faster. Staff is friendly and quick maybe too quick.Iknow that I should be checking before I leave too and that's my fault. Review the tickets-cook, counter help before moving ontothe order or trying to get me out the door. Mistake #4 is a deal breaker to me. I will be taking my pizza order to anotherplace. Read more
The pizza was tasty, better than the last time ordered. Saved 20% via the text order. The exterior side of the store was filthy,... garbage was strewn about the sidewalk directly in front of the store. The outside trash can was stuffed to the rim, with trashspilling out. The interior flooring of the order area is filthy overall, and near the front window and bench area there was adead cockroach????. ???? I am only imagine how the kitchen area is kept. Last time Last time ordering from here based off thelack of cleanliness. PASSPORT PIZZA in SCS is much better, and 1000% cleaner. Read more
Jets were very thoughtful at the time I had ordered the pizzas. They were for a memorial service that was being held at the bar... 2 buildings down, for a family and friend gathering. I ordered 2 pizzas for good amount money which was alittle high, butneeded them. When I went to pick up the pizzas, they had made me a extra pizza for our service. We have ordered here many times and never had a problem. Friday we ordered a small thin crust meat lovers and a large super... special. The only food we had eaten all day. Half hour after eating we are fighting over the bathroom. Neither one of us wasfeeling well. My pizza tasted a little off but didn't think much of it till I got sick. Not good at all. Read more
I cannot believe I have not reviewed this location before. Folks, I critique pizza places especially hard. That being said, I... have a jets pizza a 1/4 mile away from my home and I travel miles away to the 10 mile location. Why? Because the pizza is alwaysmade properly. Second, when you want slices... THEY HAVE SLICES! as advertised. Unlike the other surrounding jets locations thathit ya with it'll be like ten minutes. I cannot stand hearing that.
