I ordered a chicken tenders meal online for drive thru pickup. Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes with 5-6 cars ahead... of me. When I finally get to the window, I?m told that I have to go inside to pickup my order, even though it?s supposed to bepicked up via the drive thru, since ?the order isn?t pre made.? I thought the point of the drive thru was to make the ordersthough? I go inside and have to wait another 10 minutes for the cashier to take my order. She then tells me they have notenders and I will have to cancel my own order. She doesn?t offer any substitutions, and doesn?t fulfill the sides, biscuits, ordessert I also had with the order. Maybe this was for the best, I?ve read several other reviews talking about undercooked orunderprepared chicken. Avoid this location! Read more
I WENT TO THIS POPEYES Saturday September 24rh for the first time!! They had no napkins plus they didn't have spicy chicken... sandwiches so I had to get a regular chicken sandwich!! Employees are nice, BUT I know why it takes so long...for some reason, they don't start your order until they start putting it... together... I asked for the beignets and they weren't fried until my order was being assembled...my oder was inputted fiveminutes earlier. Waited 20 minutes for spicy chicken. Was told AFTER that 20 minutes it will still be another 12 minutes. What happened in this... world? This is so unprofessional, uncaring, so unacceptable. These places with such unconcern for customers should close down. We understand the work shortage, but this is ridiculous. Yes, will never patronize this establishment again. I went to this Popeye?s location for lunch today. I arrived in the drive thru at 1:00pm. There were a few cars in front of me. I... noticed the line was moving very slow. I soon realized that they were taking one order at a time. It is now 1:45pm. I stillwait. There was a car at the pick up window which pulled off. I placed my order, then pulled up to the window. The young ladyyelled to me, ?Ma?am you have to go back because I didn?t tell you to move up. I politely drove away with my $20.00 in my hand.I waited very patiently to patronize your establishment. They changed me about $3 more than the price that's on the menu board. When I asked about it the female cashier who was wearing... no name tag gave me a lot of attitude while stating that it was corporate I needed to talk to. Then when I received my order Ichecked to make sure it way right, I was shorted two pieces of chicken. Then she had the nerve to ask me did I count it right????.
