Usually always wait an extreme unnecessary amount of time for smoothies and/or food. The orders aren?t usually correct and the... sandwiches sometimes taste like your just eating bread and sauce. Last time I was there, a girl was being trained on theregister and the trainer and trainee were so rude to each other in front of the 20 patrons in the building. Usually like tropical smoothie, however putting in an order for delivery for me and the kids, our smoothies were delivered and... not the sandwiches. When calling the store back letting them know of what happened, they told me my sandwiches were sitting onthe counter, and assumed I would be coming to pick them up. Any other time I would pick up but had just had surgery and not ableto drive. Me and my kids were so disappointed that there was nothing that could be done but hopefully get a refund. And that'safter the manager has to try to get in contact with the delivery department. After seeing so many unfortunate reviews about thislocation, yea it will be a hard pass for me for next time. Horrible customer service. I asked for a strawberry smoothie they charged me extra for strawberries and added bananas. I asked... them did it have banana in it he said no. Sure enough it did. The attitude and unprofessional approach to a mistake that theymade was distasteful. Read more
Wow I love tropical smoothies as well but after reading all of the bad countless reviews I'm changing my mind if I pay for... something I expect to get the best service and the food to be quality not watered down and unproportion. I hope that thistropical smoothie location which is right by my house we're really step their game up cuz I really like eating here I would hateto have to go out into another area / neighborhood just to get a smoothie something to think about Read more

I can?t express how terrible my service was today. I NEED A FULL REFUND ASAP! I ordered two smoothies, one was chunky and... tasted off..(thrown in the trash), the other was runny and watery. I also ordered two sante fe quesadillas, (photos shownbelow). Why are they not cooked? Why are the 4&1/2 pieces of chicken extremely cold? Why is the rice not cooked? Why is thecheese not even slightly melted? Why is there just a drop of sauce on both quesadillas? I need answers. I did not wait 30minfor uncooked food and terrible smoothies. 1st time here, had to stop in because i eat at tropical smoothie all the time in NC. Even though the line was almost out the... door the staff moved fairly quickly which was surprising. The staff seemed friendly and the my wrap was ok. Read more
