Make sure you see a server prior to seating yourself at the bar. This location does not allow you to just walk in and sit... anywhere by the bar its probably because they are understaffed. We got menus that were absolutely dirty covered in wing sauce. Ican see how service was lacking a bit, we watched a server clean the table in front of us and used the sanitized towel to justwipe the table, didn't move the menu or anything with all the crumbs landing on the tops of the chairs, did she clean it, NOPE.The size of the burger has gotten smaller and the price has gotten higher.. how did that happen? One of my absolute FAVORITE places for watching basketball while eating wings! Despite a closer location to my house, I love... visiting this location for its staffs attention to detail. My go-to flavors are Mango Habanero and Buffalo Hot. You can never gowrong with these. If you're visiting this location and run into Bianca, give her a shot out. It’s been a while since I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings. Was a Saturday evening, so they were pretty busy. Not overly... CRAZY busy though. Service and food was TERRIBLE from every facet. Server was slow and had a terrible attitude. Once she tookthe order, it took FOREVER for us to see our food. When we finally got our food, majority of it was wrong, and half of the foodwas ice cold. Waitress went on a lunch break, only to be replaced by another server with a really bad attitude. Was just badall around. Will not be coming back to this location. Read more
The management at this location is in dire need of in-depth training in customer recovery, service, and hospitality. I recently... ordered a take-out order, and upon receiving it, the order was incorrect. This I can understand, seeing that it was a busyFriday night. However, the negligence I received from management turned a simple fix into a very obvious lack of customer careby the manager I spoke to. The lack of care and consideration management has for their business and customers is a terriblerepresentation of the company and its standards. In addition to this, when speaking to the manager, I was faced with blatantdisrespect alongside a condescending tone. If this is the attitude I received as a customer with a wronged order, I fear theattitude employees receive from this same manager. Read more
Haven't been to this BWW in awhile, was pleasantly surprised there was no wait to get in. Service was pretty slow though because... only one person was working, saw a lot of standing around. Finally the food came out and it was salty, something I nevercomplain about but this time was excessive. Between the service and food going downhill and the prices going up, I can see whythis place isn't packed anymore. Read more
It started off good with a 45 minute wait but that turned out to be 2 hours. The hostess at the front was just an overall... horrible person but to each their own. While trying to get updates she would ignore and actively text in front of our faces. Thewait staff was thin and it showed by multiple wrong orders. We were pot committed so leaving would have meant another 45 minutewait elsewhere. Read more
We waited 25 minutes for our order to be taken. We had to ask who our server was since no one stopped by and we saw only one... server actively waiting part of the section. A table that got sat 15 minutes after us had their order taken immediately and wewere continuously ignored. Half way through our visit and service quality flipped 180 and was great. I'm not too sure if it wasan off night for them but multiple tables experienced the same issue and this location is usually not like this. Read more
Terrible service. I went alone and it was self-seating in the bar area. I patiently waitied then watched two other tables get... their drink order and nobody approached me so I asked the host if I could get some service then waited a few more minutes and Ifinally had had enough.
