Horrible customer service. Our pizza was burnt and when I called the store, a female answered, refused to get the manager, kept... getting aggressive before she finally put a woman with a strong accent on the phone who refused to give her name. I asked forthe manager and the managers name. There was no manager on duty. The "insider" as she described herself then hung up on me as Istated I'd be contacting corporate. Read more
Super slow delivery. Then didn't deliver multiple items. Then refused to replace the items in an even remotely reasonable time... frame (said maybe another 40 minutes after already waiting an hour for the original delivery). Then refused to refund the moneyfor the items that weren't delivered. Told me to call corporate and hung up on me. Just get your pizza from Pizza Nora. It isfar superior, they have better customer service, plus they have a much better menu in addition to pizza if you want salads,apps, wings, Italian dishes, etc. Read more
The manager at this location told me this pizzas wasn?t burnt and that i was lying then hung up in my face! I called back and... asked an employee if i could be transferred back to the manager she said ?i cant? and hung up in my face. I tried calling back10 times and it seemed as if my number was blocked the phone wouldn?t even ring anymore I didn?t even know Domino?s could blockyour number LOL this wasn?t even the icing on the cake the person who delivered my pizza never rang my doorbell nor knocked mypizza was left on the floor in front of my door how disgusting and unsanitary!!!!!!! Ordered 1 Hawaiian pizza & 1 Deluxe pizza No mushrooms. Pizza took 58 minutes to come & the deluxe had mushrooms. Since I have... a serious fungi allergy, I cannot eat anything that mushrooms touch. Called Domino's, they apologized & said they'll sendsomeone right out with a new pizza NO MUSHROOMS". AN HOUR AND 8 MINUTES LATER they delivery our pizza with apologies. I'mdancing & happy, til I open the box & guess what......MUSHROOMS! UUUUUGHHHH. At this point hangry is kicking in, so we callagain to let them know once again, the pizza is incorrect. They ask if I want a credit or another pizza. My reply was well,both. They said they'd have a new one out to me in 25 minutes and that was 10:05pm. Well, it's 11:02pm & still NoPizza. Called again at 11:10pm for an update & was told the driver was just leaving the store & would be here in 10 minutes. I literally live less than 5 minutes from them. You would think I'd be they're first stop. I called back at 11:45pm and was toldthe third order was never placed. I placed my original order at 7:56pm & eventually had to go pick up the pizza at11:56pm! Very disappointed is an understatement. I would think they'd put a little more emphasis on their service, especiallyafter messing up so many times on the same order. Read more
We just received the two most disgusting pizzas we have ever seen today. One pizza was rolled so thin it broke apart completely... when we picked it up. It turned into inedible mush right after we opened the box. The second pizza literally had MULTIPLE HAIRSBAKED INTO THE PIZZA, spreading across multiple slices. Absolutely disgusting. I am appalled at the complete lack of qualitycontrol here. We are in the middle of a global pandemic, and NONE of the employees at this location have any sense ofcleanliness, hygiene, or quality control. I am 100% never trusting this location again, and 100% never letting Karla touch mypizza again. We're so disgusted, we might not trust Domino's ever again. I think we consider ourselves regular customers, majority of the time, domino's have done well. We just ordered today....the... wings I got look like they just poured the sauce in the middle and sent it out. Read more
The last few times ordering at this location, the delivery time has been extraordinarily long. Over an hour each time, sometimes... two hours. On the tracker, it will sit on the ?quality check? step alone for over an hour. Looks like I have to find anotherplace! Read more
