This place doesn't honor their coupons or know how to properly subtract a discount when they claim their food costs went up.... I've been to multiple Farmer Boys all throughout Southern California and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had!! Read more

I just came from your restaurant and Omg! You need to do a serious overhaul on your employee! Customer service is terrible!! I... went through the drive through and the gal did not have a clue! Was not courteous whatsoever then forgot to give me a receiptafter waiting 4 minutes was asked to go and park in front! Waited another 5 minutes then are order was brought to us! Or so wethought was handed a box we checked it of course! Completely gave us someone else?s order! Had to wait another 7 minutes forthem to get it right! I went this morning at about 6:20am, there wasn?t a million people but I found it very odd that I just ordered 2 French toast... dippers and I had to pull around and park to get my food the woman at the window (Caitlyn or Kaitlyn) expressed, drive thru hasa timer but there was l my one person behind me. I pulled around and parked. Literally 4 minutes NO BIG DEAL! When I asked forher name to say ?thank you,? she asked me ?why?? I then get my French toast dippers and they were burnt. Read more

Horrible, simpley horrible. I ordered the chopped Cobb without the shredded cheddar cheese. Opened the bag only to find they... scraped the cheese off my salad vs making a new one. Along with all the bacon, super appreciated. Furthermore the bacon thatwas on there....looked like it was scraped from the grease trap. Read more
I normally eat at Inn N Out but this place was a pleasant surprise. WOW, much more than I bargained for...you definitely get... your money's worth and more. My cheeseburger reminded me of my mom's home cooking. The zucchini were HUGE. Reminded me ofgetting food at the mom and pop shops down south. Read more
