The food was good like it usually is, but the service here is hectic. They tend to forget what you've ordered and when reminded,... still forget to add it to the bag. This wasn't as annoying when they made it up to customers by providing a free pastry forforgetting items or making a mistake. Read more
I visited this place yesterday afternoon around 4 pm when I wanted to study. I usually use the fast lane kiosk. I noticed that... almost all the pastries were marked sold out but I could see that there were muffins and bread in their display. The helpfulstaff there offered her help and I decided to ask the question. She told me that when the inventory is low, the kiosk items aremarked as sold out because people can buy these items online as well and they don't want that to happen. It seemed reasonable! Iordered an orange scone and hot tea which is my favorite at Panera when I study. The environment was pleasing and the staff werevery friendly and welcoming. I spent almost 3 hours here. It's a great spot to study or meet friends. Compared to other Panerasthat I visited recently, this place seemed much better. Read more
Panera has actually become better after the pandemic. The prices are now more in line with other similar places. The food and... portion sizes are great. It's nice to go a place that is not stuck in the pandemic way of thinking that "we are giving you lessand charging you more". Thank you Panera for helping to bring things back to the way they were. The employees are consistantlyfriendly, polite, and accommodating. Read more
