The food was good like it usually is, but the service here is hectic. They tend to forget what you've ordered and when reminded,... still forget to add it to the bag. I visited this place yesterday afternoon around 4 pm when I wanted to study. I usually use the fast lane kiosk. I noticed that... almost all the pastries were marked sold out but I could see that there were muffins and bread in their display. The helpfulstaff there offered her help and I decided to ask the question. She told me that when the inventory is low, the kiosk items aremarked as sold out because people can buy these items online as well and they don't want that to happen. It seemed reasonable! Iordered an orange scone and hot tea which is my favorite at Panera when I study. The environment was pleasing and the staff werevery friendly and welcoming. I spent almost 3 hours here. It's a great spot to study or meet friends. Compared to other Panerasthat I visited recently, this place seemed much better. Read more
Panera has actually become better after the pandemic. The prices are now more in line with other similar places. The food and... portion sizes are great. It's nice to go a place that is not stuck in the pandemic way of thinking that "we are giving you lessand charging you more". Thank you Panera for helping to bring things back to the way they were. The employees are consistantlyfriendly, polite, and accommodating. Read more

The female attendants are great, ?the men not so much. They mess up orders and don?t listen. Plus, they give you bread that... looks like it?s half eaten. Cut the bread, don?t rip it with hands, that?s not rustic or refined it looks as if it?s been bittenalready. Augh, so disgusting!!!!! The salad is not always fresh and the guys mess up orders. It?s so frustrating. The soupsare beyond terrible, the pizza is subpar. The sandwiches are fine. Old salad cold coffee!!! Wow!!! They can do better. It?sa food business for goodness sakes. Read more

Panera food is always yummy and standard with all the Panera stores I've been to that's the good part. I always get you pick... two. Affordable and great food. The only thing I can say about this store is how dirty the floor of the cafe and the bathroomneeds some attention. And the fountain drink area (especially the craft beverage area) it's disgusting. I feel so angry and disgusted right now, who knows how many... times I?ve eaten pieces of plastic in my food here or who knows what ????. Never spending my money here again!
