My brother and I decided on The Habit for dinner on our way home from errands; I mobile ordered my food on the way, while he... ordered through the kiosk, inside, when we got there. Near 45 minutes go by and I finally get my order, after first asking uponarrival if my food was there. My order ended up cold with missing condiments; my brother had to wait another hour or so beforehe found out someone took his order, therefore leaving him with nothing. For compensation, the workers give him the fries thathe wanted, but they did not go on to make him another burger/sandwich because that would take too long. In addition, when heasked for a well-deserved refund, he only got two coupons for free burgers--no money back at all. Overall, please do not wastetime here. I'm usually one to give the benefit of the doubt to places like this, but given that I had once gone here to getmeals with it barely being busy at all, and still have to wait 30 + minutes, I don't know why I decided to come here yesterday.I understand it's busy or they're behind; workers were scrambling and rushing so that was where I was the most patient waiting.But when you spend near an hour and a half with multiple new customers coming in and going with their food before us ( + itbeing properly dark when we left and not when we arrived), something was wrong in the management of the place. The restaurant advertises hours open until 10pm. It?s a Saturday evening 6pm, DINNER TIME IN AMERICA, and they close! We are... told we can only order to go since we made it in the doors before they locked them. While sitting waiting for our food, 7separate customers and counting try to get in TO ORDER DINNER!!! This is the most ridiculous thing I?ve seen! I know it?s aholiday weekend, but it?s JULY 2, calm down and serve your community! My first visit to The Habit and it was underwhelming. We ordered a garden salad and it tasted like an airline salad with... wishbone dressing. I was hugely disappointed when I ordered a cheeseburger with cheddar cheese and was told they only have 2types of cheese...yellow American and white American. This is a burger restaurant with no cheddar. I got an overpriced fastfood burger with cold sweet potato fries. The dinning area is so small and the outside seating didn't have heaters. Read more
The first time we frequented this place, the meat to bun ratio was quite disproportionate. This time it looks a lot better.... Everything about this place is great: The food, drinks staff, etc. During the day time, it's quite crowded so we like tofrequent during the night time when it's less busy. Great location in between two dessert places: Coldstone or Frozen yogurt. Read more
Delicious Charbroiled Tuna Sandwich (all bun/sandwich items can be requested as a lettuce wraps) & Tampura Green Beans! Fries,... Onion Rings, and Sweet Potato Fries are also an option!! Great customer service. Online ordering makes this establishmentinnovative and diligent for a quick bite to eat.
