Didn't like the item I order but that isn't the restaurant fualt. They did great fast and food was fresh and hot.
Food was kind of warm, no sauces. Service was slow. The presentation of food could use some help.
This particular Arby's is kind of hit or miss. You could end up having a good meal, or it might just be mediocre. It very much... seems to depend on the staff that happens to be on shift. Always check your bag. They are not good about giving you the sauces even if it's supposed to come with it. Never get a napkin.... It's like the employees pay for the sauces and napkins. Read more
Explaining that you?re ?Diabetic & to Hold the honey mustard? on your wrap does no good they neither listen nor care. Pitiful!
Good chance at this point, you'll be spending at least $10 per person now since meal prices went up. What they did to the fries... sizes is pretty sad. They sized down the fries, meaning the original large is gone. Large is what medium used to be and soon. Oh, and the prices? They're the same except you get less now (as previously mentioned). Small meals are no longeravailable. Sorry, but fries aren't THAT expensive. Obvious price gouging. The sandwiches are still good of course and well,the typical hit or miss with fast food service.
