Would not honor the 2 for $6 dollar deal even though it listed them online as a participating location, rude service as well.
I wasn't given a receipt and was asked to pull forward at about 6:13 p.m. waited out there for 20 minutes my son's chicken... nuggets were cold the fries were not very hot and he didn't get his kids meal toy. The nuggets were in the very bottom of thebag on top of that was my big chicken sandwich in the fries were thrown on the side couldn't even tell there were chickennuggets in there they were so thin I ain't never seen such thin chicken nuggets and all my life. Got home and 2 of my burgers had ketchup and mustard and my husband ordered ketchup only on his 2 whoppers. He can't eat the... other stuff due to it making him sick. This has happened before and I'm not very pleased or happy with it. He didn't eat, triedto call 3 times since I got home and non of the employees answered the phone. I will speak to management first thing. Read more
This particular place is very clean, my uncle and I both ordered a fish sandwich. I somewhat suspect the fish that set in the... warmer a little bit too long, and I've been dropped back in the grease. The appearance was it was cooked twice for it was dryinside. Having ordered fish sandwiches at the Burger Kings in Delaware Ohio, they're a little bit thicker, and not as dark brownas these were, and the inside of the fish sandwich is was flakier and moist, this is because I always ask if they'll drop fishfresh I forgot to do so at this Burger King. Very clean and a friendly crew . Unlike most others the Eaton Ohio Ohio BK had a wonderful group of people staffed thete. They... even clesn the fountain drink heads so your drinks actually taste how they should and mot like mold . The food was preparedquickly and nothing was cold. Yummy !!! They forgot my order when I was just in there and then gave me the wrong sandwiches when I did get my food. Very disappointed... but did not have a chance to explain the error. Good food but poor service. Read more
The young men working at the drive thru windows were very nice and polite! Service was quick. But our chicken fries were... rubbery. Read more
Crew was young people with extremely loud and profane rap music playing in the back which clashed with the music coming from... ceiling speakers. Staff was friendly enough. Fries were good, burger was a bit dry and not very warm. Read more
