They actually didn't have chicken ready at 5:30pm in the evening. 5 cars had to wait to be served. The employees were friendly... and apologized but come on it's prime dinner time. Read more
Worst kfc I have ever been to! I order a kfc bowl, chicken tasted awful. Like it was made in old grease. Against better judgment... we decided to give it another try a week later. Same thing. We went 8/5/22, against our better judgement, as we swore we'd never go back after repeatedly getting bad food from this... location. It had been more than a year since we'd tried so we figured maybe it had gotten better, and we all used to love KFC.We got an 8 piece family meal, with macaroni and cheese and biscuits. The chicken was dried up, overcooked, the coating was darkbrown, just this side of burnt. The Mac and cheese had a disgusting, grainy texture and horrible chemical like taste. Wecouldn't even eat it, and we're not really that picky. 28 some dollars. We shouldn't have given them another chance, I knowthat's our fault, but hope others won't waste their hard earned money. They should really try harder to pull this place backinto order before they get run out of business. It's a small town, they should show respect to their community. Read more
Very disappointed and will never come back to the KFC Eaton,Oh location. The food was so nasty sandwich tasted like dirty... grease, fries were so hard you couldn?t eat them and the chicken tenders just yuk! After spending $50 and this is what they giveout, we will take our business somewhere else. Avoid this place if you can. Read more
I would give this restaurant a huge negative if I could! I will never return there if my life depended on it. I watched... employees eating by the drive thru, eating while making the food., employees grab food and dip them in the sauce on the line andthen eat it. Even watched an employe go to lobby where her daughter was grab there food and eat it and then turn to making foodwithout switching gloves!! It seems that different KFC's product is different at each business. I've been to this place a number of times. Those are... courteous. I might try a different chicken place. During the 127 yd sale they weren't really prepared for what crowd they weregoing to be getting. So they were either totally out of a certain type of chicken or it took too long to get your order.Hopefully they fixed that problem. Sorry to be blunt but I like my KFC if it's done right. On a side note corporate. I don'tparticularly care for thighs I'd rather have three legs when I order a three-piece meal. We should be able to pick what pieceswe want.
