The food was literally ice cold. Even ordered " hot fries " and explained very kindly my last visit the food was cold. ... Manager was rude and actually raised his voice at me. He was clearly over whelmed. I didn't take it to heart. But I waited 24min for 1 meal and it was horrible. Service was horrible also. Do better ! Read more
Food safety is not of great importance at this location. I was served a nearly raw double quarter pounder meal via drive thru... because they were in too much of a hurry to follow proper food safety procedures! I don't care if it's 8:00 at night or 8:00 onthe morning. You have to follow proper food safety and make sure your cooking food properly!! Read more
Stopped in the drive thru Sat 0120 am for food after working 17 hours. To have the drive thru make state?.?Cash only? I said ok,... he seemed disappointed that I didn?t drive away. I said one double cheese?. To wait a minute??.. Five minutes later, now about4-5 cars waiting just like me. After minutes 6 I said ?hello? to get oh sorry, go ahead. For the second time I started to say?one double cheeseburger?to once again, sorry wait. I said no thanks and drove away. so i came here to get a sausage and cheese bagel meal and a bacon egg bagel no cheese, after an hour and twenty minutes of... waiting i got up and asked for my food, got it but then they got my order wrong, so i went back in and this time talked to areally nice blonde girl who was on headset, proceeded to attempt to help out but they got my order wrong AGAIN so went back inthere and finally they gave me something that?s sort of correct but they forgot the breakfast sauce, but that doesn?t matterwhat matters is the only person who was attempting to help me (the blonde girl on headset) got yelled at by her manager (oldercolored guy) in front of all the customers JUST for trying to help me when THEY messed up and she was the only person willing tohelp. by far worst experience i?ve ever had and this mcdonalds will never get my business again. Numerous visits breakfast lunch dinner late night and Never had an issue with this McDonalds. The staff is always friendly,... Foods always correct and hot, they all go the extra mile. Actually I just got charged.$0.25 for a large ice water for the firsttime and the lady apologized for having to charge me. I understand the cost is acceptable there filtered water, electricity torun ice machine, the cup, lid, straw all cost $ not to mention the labor. This McDonald's is very nice! I know it's been remodeled recently (5-8yrs..?) But it's very clean and organized. There's a... manager there that's been there for a long time, and I know she's keeping it together. They always get to me as soon as they seeme, and get my order asap. Read more
Poor service... I try to give this place a chance. 1 star this visit, 2 (by grace the last time). The health department needs to... stop by this place, as there are some serious concerns. The manager on duty appears to act like she'd rather be anywhere. Thisplace is filthy... and there aren't a handful of people here. As always... nobody knows who's on 1st. The place is a mess. They keep it fairly clean. They have a good variety of fountain drinks as well!
