Oh my, if this isn't the most popular pizza place in town I don't know what could be. Everything tasted as good as it looked in... the online pics. Our only criticism was that I think the apple sticks were slightly under cooked. They were good but it seemedlike they needed another minute in the oven. The staff was super friendly and helpful in our choices. As passionate as the ladybehind the counter was I had to ask if she was Sarah, but she wasn't. Pizza at Sarah's is always good. We had a guest from Germany and decided to introduce him to real American pizza. We ordered... four different pizzas to sample, one of which was the mashed potato pizza. Our German friend was shocked to discover that, notonly was the mashed potato pizza not disgusting - it was his favorite!! In any case, there is now one more Sarah's Pizza fanliving in Germany, trying to convince people that pizza should be cut in squares and have mashed potatoes on top! :-D Read more

Sarah?s pizza is one of our favorite go-to restaurants weekly (if not more) when it comes to eating out. Not only is their food... amazing (we appreciate the wide variety/selection) but their customer service is second to none. We have been to severallocations and the Eaton one stands out far above the rest. I believe this should be attributed to their team leader: management,Stephanie. I?ve seen her in her element, while ordering and waiting in the lobby, many times. She never stops! Not only does shehave the respect of all of her employees (not afraid to work right alongside them) but she also makes sure to greet everyonethat walks through that door, even mid-task. She never ceases to make sure every task is completed efficiently and keeps thingsrunning smoothly, but she also manages to make her customers feel valued and important as well. One time I even made a specialrequest for my son on his birthday (a Pokémon pizza I?d seen her post online) and she nailed it! My boyfriend and I are in thestore often and we always appreciate her sweet spirit! It?s contagious?hard to not smile when you?re in her presence. It?s veryrare to find delicious and affordable food anywhere anymore, especially combined with excellent customer service, but she?smanaged to bring the best of both worlds! Kudos to you Stephanie! The pizza always tastes great, but we've never received a delivery that was cut as requested, see picture for tonight's "pizza... strips?" I'm assuming it's an online order issue as we never recieve the extra sour cream with the mashed potato pizza whichcomes cut in slices instead of squares each time lol EDIT: as funny as pizza strips are, its nice that sarahs are willing tomake it right and i appreciate that. Very disappointed with how the young man acted in there today. We placed an order for people in our office. We made it clear... when we called that we were going to pay separately for the 4 orders. She took our orders, even pricing them individually so wewould know the cost. My co worker went to pick up the orders, and they young man there was EXTREMELY rude, trying to charge onecard for all 4 orders. My coworker could hear everything that he was saying, which were not nice things. It amazes me thathe/they couldn't figure out how to cash out 4 orders. The man was even rude to the other employee. I wonder how many people havebeen charged wrong because he "can't"/ "wont" figure it out. HIGHLY suggest people watch their statements closely !!!! Read more
Opened under new management, and the pizza is still awesome. Some folks complain about the phone either being busy or no answer,... but let's be real; they're that busy and worth the wait. Had friends in from Philly, and they know pizza. They gave Sarah's highmarks! And that says a lot. Keep up they great service! Read more
