This place always has a line and can't seem to ever understand you through the machine you order in they are very slow almost... all my drinks have been leaking all over the cups they go bare minimum on flavor even if you pay for extra they don't weargloves or hair nets the drinks and food is very outrageously priced for the size and presentation and taste and the quality ofthe food DO BETTER YALL Read more
Everything is great but the staff is always standing around. I?m their a lot and it?s very annoying
It?s unfortunately pretty rare when I get good service here. I used to drive through every morning before work but the employees... aren?t very nice at all and I always had to wait an incredibly long amount of time for my coffee, I seemed more like aninconvenience more than anything. I do my best to avoid this store and just stop in Lansing for coffee before work. Read more
Just on a whim this am my son and I decided to stop and get him a hot chocolate, I opted for a vanilla cappuccino. In the... drive-through I waited and we received our drinks. My son's hot chocolate was fine, however, my cappuccino was just hot milk, novanilla flavor and no coffee taste whatsoever. The snarky woman behind the counter only offered an explanation about foam,after I brought the cappuccino back and stated it's unflavored contents. I left the coffee uncapped on their counter and neverreceived an offer for a remake or refund. Awful cappuccino and poor service. No need to return to this place. Read more
Another great Biggby location. Friendly staff, clean store, seating and they also have Ice cream :)
Good nitrogen ice cream, very creative, but quite expensive. I like how they let you watch them make it.
The staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate a special order. Love they have the non-dairy options because I'm lactose... intolerant. The decor is brighter than most, but still has the relaxed vibe I've come to expect from a Biggby. Looking forwardto when Milkster is added to this location later in the year. Read more
Eaton Rapids Biggby is very managed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
