Picked up 2 deep dish and 2 bread sticks as usual got home and one of the pizzas had slid over to one side and looked like... someone just caught it before it flipped and then they gave it to us. Upon calling the gentleman that answered the phone all butcalled me a liar. So when I called the guy that answered was rude, when I picked it up that guy was also rude and when I calledback with an issue he was very rude calling me liar. The person helping me was very rude. She tried charging me over $11 for a pizza that advertised, on a very big sign, for $7.49.... When I questioned the price, I was told "that's old", and so I asked for a regular hot and ready instead. After handing her themoney she pushed the pizza in my direction, and had a puzzled look as to why I was still standing there. She asks "What, do youwant a receipt?" Order was messed up. About 4 onions on whole deep dish and the extra cheese looked like half of what the normal cheese should... have been. Corners of pizza was just dough and sauce no toppings or cheese at all. So I call and the female manager tells me shewatched it get made and it was done the right way. My husband and I ordered a ultimate supreme pizza and bread sticks, the bread sticks were way to salty and the pizza was... flatter than pancakes I make and dense. What happened to the crust? We haven't been to LC for years and we won't be back. I useto love LC fluffy edges, but it seems that someone is over working the edges or something is wrong with the dough. Read more
