This looks like a clean space. They also seem to have enough folks working for a small number of guests. But I had to wait 7... min.to order. Not that it took 7 min to help people ahead of me. Just that no one wanted to leave the fries or the drink stationto come to the register to take my order. I got my sandwich immediately because the cook line was awesome. Read more
Super rude and didn't know what they were doing. I used a coupon for a dollar and when I said something I was rudely told that... it had to be charged that way. So when I got to the window she gave me more attitude...and then I could hear them all talkingeven though the window was closed.. like saying nasty things. This location is trash. After they corrected an order they dropped the ball on. I go In to refill my drink on a hot summer day... and the owner who is a black man like me begins to antagonize me Because I wasn't aware that this location didn't do freerefills. I made it clear to him that I had just made a purchase but he was very combative and confrontational. So I left theestablishment while he threatened to call the police and took photos of my vehicle and me all because of a refill. Thisfranchise is a pathetic attempt to represent the mcdonalds corporation and does not reflect the experience I've had at any othermcdonalds across the US. The quality of food is poor and the staff seems a little slow. I wouldn't advise anyone come to thislocation. Read more
I ordered a quarter pounder sandwich meal. Not sure how a fish fillet ended up with mustard ketchup and onions on my sandwich.... It is completely disgusting and I was on the road traveling back home a couple hours away and didn?t get to see it until I wasabout 45 minutes away. If I could get this restaurant zero stars I would I was waiting in the curbside pick up for 30 minutesand they told me up on the app my order was delivered I had to go inside to get it and they gave me the wrong size drink and anasty sandwich . Average at best. Food is typical fast food quality although fast doesn?t describe the speed of food delivery. Frys were cold... when we got our burgers. Shake machine was broken....again. Bathrooms need help. Facility remodel is nice. Read more
The ice cream machine was down and I couldn't get my large Frappuccino but the replaced it with an iced coffee which was just as... good. ???? I left happy, either way. Read more
