A pizza chain that most people love. It's not my favorite type of pizza although the crust is excellent! But I gave it five... stars for food because most people love it. They were slammed after Thanksgiving but they had our order ready when we arrivedand it didn't take long to get checked out. The pizza has great smell. I have food allergies, gluten and dairy. Was excited to go out to eat as they have gluten and vegan options. I got the gluten... free veg out pizza. I informed the server that I have allergies and asked that she let the kitchen staff know. I even told her iwas nervous about eating out because of my food allergies.She said it wouldn't be a problem. Well, not 5 minutes after havingsome of my pizza, I was sick. Very disappointed. They had our server running around while there where a few people in the front that could help her out , they where just... chatting away. The server was busy that she forgot my husband drink, we asked the girl at the bar since we where near by butonly thing she did is wait for a sever to pass by and let her know , she could of easily poured a drink. Gave a one star becausemy husband left his phone we called right away that we had left it, they said they will have it at the front. We let them knowwe will be back in the morning to get it since it was late. They answered a few calls from my husband phone (each person onlycalled once)when they where aware we would be by the next day to get it. I had a friend and a family member calling me thatsome one was picking up my husband phone. Just unprofessional they where aware we had left it and it was going to get picked upthe following day. This restaurant has consistently great pizza and subs. I would highly recommend the cheese pizza and the meatball sub. Sometimes... the service is a little slow, which can prolong your wait time and dinner service. However, on those occasions the food is stillvery good. Read more
Has been a family go to for YEARS! Summer time and weekends can stay pretty busy but the staff is always doing their best to get... everyone in and out! The menu has something for the whole family do no one leaves disappointed! Keep up the good work Oconeeteam! I usually love mellow mushroom but they messed up today. I paid $11 for spinach artichoke dip and they hardly gave me any in the... bowl. They used to give a bigger serving. It?s overpriced for the quantity that you receive. luckily I ordered this for two. IfI had ordered this for a bigger group, I would have been more upset. Read more
