Worse service of any chick fil -a I?ve ever been to. SLOW?. This was after I Repeated my order three times and girl taking my... order forgot the drink and the fries (I ordered 3 things so she got 1 of 3 ). 15 minute delay in the drive through (at 3pm) a few weeks ago, so tried the lobby today. Had to wait for the cashier to take two... employees' orders first - weird. Then, waited about 15 minutes for my order. Turns out that my order was sitting on the stagingcounter behind the cash register for a long period of time. I counted 7-10 different people either standing around, laughing,hugging one another, chit chatting, but not a lot of work. Not a very pleasant counter person, got my order wrong. Gave a small coffee I asked for a large he told me they only have one... size, get my order there are no coffee creamers ketchup napkins jelly?s out for the day. Now they open at 6am and this was9:30 they should have been out. Don?t get me wrong the small coffee was hot the food was good. I just really wanted what Iordered. 25 people on line. 1 cashier. Took 45 minutes to get 1 chicken sandwich. Similar experience all 3 times I have gone there.... Waited on line to give order and then waited even longer to get food. Everyone in the place was aggravated and annoyed becausethey had to wait so long. I've experience the same thing at another nearby Chick-fil-a. not sure how they have such a loyalcustomer base when EVERYONE seemed annoyed. Read more
This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Very poor management. If you go through the drive thru be prepared to wait a... half hour to receive cold, missing food. I gave this location 3 tries and every time it was worse than the last. I ordered Mac ncheese that looks like someone ate more than half of it and a grilled chicken sandwich that was cold. Horrible service. Waited 30mins in the drive thru. The young lady who took my order was distracted by one of the managers. She... apologized for having me wait but said he was yelling at her. Completely unacceptable and i told her she should never allowanyone to speak to her that way. I believe the owner is the same one from the mall across the street and i think she may havetook on more than they can handle at the moment. Its a prime location with great potential but needs a revamp quickly!! Read more
Im from Atlanta and when I go to any Chick-fil-A, I expect a certain kind of service... THIS WAS NOT IT!! The girl who took my... order... bless her heart could barely take my order using that pad. When she repeated the order, I asked her to remove anitem... and she didn't know how. I just kept it because it would have created a back up in the drive through. Ive been inline for over 30 minutes. When I say this would never happen in an Atlanta Chick-fil-A....I mean never. Even when a newChick-fil-A opens...its never this unorganized. DO BETTER!! Teach your staff how to use the pad. I get up to the window... andthey said no orders are up....I need to pull over..smdh! Read more
We ordered ahead. My 12-year-old daughter didn't check the bag after she ran in the store to pick up our order. It wasn't until... we got home that we realized they forgot an order of fries. Now my 8-year-old son just got home from soccer practice and isdisappointed. And I'm mad at myself for not double-checking. Mistakes happen. I just didn't expect it to happen on such a smallorder.
