I love Chick-Fil-A and the workers are nice but THIS LOCATION IS VERY DISORGANIZED AND SLOW. Their sandwiches and waffle fries... are great. I also recommend the chicken cool wrap with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing. I gave this restaurant a 1 star because theyare very disorganized and take too long to give you your food. Last time I went, I waited 55 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwichesand fries. When I got my food, everything was warm almost cold. I don?t know if they had my order ready and just left it sittingthere or what, but it was not a good experience. I don?t believe anyone likes to eat their food cold. Please improve yourprocess and timing, otherwise people are going to stop coming to this location. Read more
I love Chic-fil-A for their food but especially for their customer service.....BUT this location is not cutting it!!! What ever... happen to "my pleasure"???...They don't do that here!! And if you fail to mention you want ice cream with your kids meal, you'reout of luck!!! One of the most disappointing Chick-Fil-A experiences I've ever had. The cashier was COMPLETELY new and took 10 minutes to... process our simple order- I knew the menu and computer system better than he did based on my patronage alone. There were nocondiments (not even ketchup) available at the station, and I was given confused looks when I asked for some. The waitress /attendant walking around was inappropriately talkative, and repeatedly asked my party if we needed refills when I was the onlyone with a drink (a milkshake...) The chicken and fries were soggy, and we were given to-go packaging despite dining in. Thebathroom was a disgusting wreck, and our bench seats were unclean. Every phase of my visit was a disappointment. All of thiswhen the restaurant was almost empty with no traffic- I can't imagine how bad it gets during a rush. Disgraceful. Read more

They?ve been open for a couple of weeks now. Things should be more streamlined. I would not have gotten into the drive-thru lane... if I knew I was going to be trapped in line for 1 hour waiting for my fast food. Read more
WOW! We went for grand opening day, and everything went so well. The staff was new but friendly, the front counter folks were so... kind and accommodating. My food was hot, brought to my table quickly, and the hostess in the dining room was so nice andrefilled our drinks and took our trash. If this was opening day I can?t wait to see what the rest of the year looks like! Read more
I don't want to dog this specific location since they are relatively new. I don't think it's been a month yet. The two times... I've come here I also have gotten exactly what I ordered made how I ordered it. No issue with the food at all. The inside isvery clean and the staff was friendly to chick fil a standards. I just don't understand why theirs so much longer of a wait herethan at other locations. I went through the drivethru at night and had 4 cars in front of me. Took 22 minutes to get my food. Iwent during lunch, saw that doubled up line and went inside to order. I walked in, ordered and recieved my food all in about 15minutes. The last car in line for the drive thru when I walked in, still had 2 more cars in front of them as I left. Once againthough, everything else is typical great Chick fil a. I'm hoping they just need some experience! Read more
