My fiancé and I came here last Thursday and were served by Daniel. He was an absolute delight and so kind and thorough with us.... The food was super delicious. Can I just say too - I ordered the sirloin & it was cooked perfectly. Probably one of the beststeaks I ever had. Was really surprised about that, not to say that chilis isn?t good, but the steak was better than somesteakhouses I?ve been too. Will definitely return and order that again. Thank you! Read more
I believe our server's name was Morgan(?)...or something very similar, but she was great - just the right amount of attention... and information. Never had to even ask for drink refill, because it was there, right on time. Everyone seems happy to be workingthere. My secret sauce burger was tasty and cooked perfectly, and didn't even need any ketchup. The fries were also very good.If you're in the area, please stop by and give this place a try...you'll be pleased. Lots of parking, and goodatmosphere/temperature. Great value for your money. We have been here before and love the food but had a very bad experience with the manager Melanie D on Saturday June 19th around... 6pm. The issue was confusion on the menu. The offer was the 3 items for a fixed price that includes soft drink, soup or saladand entree. It clearly said for $2.49 extra add a classic margaritas. On the front of the menu there were classic and fruitymargaritas. So I chose one of the classic margaritas. On the bill I was charged $8.49 the full price, which I asked why. Theserver was very nice but had to call the manager. She was very rude and condescending from the start. She insisted that what'sincluded was a "regular " margarita not a classic. I showed the menu that said "classic ", and she could not show me anywhereon the menu that defined what a "regular" margarita was or event tell me what it was. She then rolled her eyes and walkedaway. 10 minutes later she sent the very nice server with a new printout indicating that she had refunded me the extra Ipaid. Please fix the confusion on the menu. This was my first time with Chili's. The quesadilla was excellent, the amount was more than enough. I will definitely come... back. The location is en-route to the Jersey Shore, you can order ahead. Pick up the food, and then enjoy it on the beach. Theparking is not a problem since the location is in the Monmouth Mall. They have parking slots for the takeout pickup. Read more
Grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered the 'lunch special' Shrimp Fajitas. A very generous portion was served and looked great.... Taste was good but a bit too much oil in the cast iron platter. Great value and several other 'specials' are offered for lunch.I would return and try the others. Read more
Sometimes the service at Chili's can be hit or miss, this time it was a total hit! Our server was super friendly and attentive... the entire time we were there. The food was hot and delicious. Will definitely return to this location! Read more
