Left work to get lunch here. Approached counter where I was told, "online orders only". I said thank you and left. Ridiculous... that rather than taking my order by voice they want me to fiddle with my phone. Another tale of tech eroding human connectionand interaction. I'm not doing it. Went next door to shake shack where I ordered with a human. If Chipotle can't find help, it'sobvious that they are doing something wrong when others in the same line of business right next door are staffed andfunctioning. Quit blaming no help. How is this place even open anymore? I'm not even trying to be funny... I'm being dead serious.... the place is disturbingly... dirty, the workers are rude, the food is gross and old. Sometimes they tell you order ahead only- yet the app says no orderahead. I'm dead serious..... don't eat here. Monmouth County Board of Health needs to shut this place down. I ordered earlier this week and the order was a bit late, but it was tolerable considering they seemed understaffed. The young... man with the beard working on the online orders quickly noticed I was waiting and offered to help me. He even threw in an extraside of chips for the inconvenience. 10/10 food was overall good and staff members seem competent and friendly. Read more
Horrible all around!!! This was our burrito, half size but full price?? Then they ran out of small drink cups and forcing... customer to pay for large drinks if they wanted a beverage. Then when we asked to speak to a manager about both issues and theyrefused to talk to us and were extremely rude. Go somewhere else! Read more

I believe that this store should close they are constantly under staffed so more than likely the food is slipping because of... that we are a few good step post pandemic the quality of service flat out suck at this store you literally never know what youare going to get maybe closed completely maybe open with no walk-in orders.
