Drove by, and it looked like the drive-through was closed. So - we went inside to eat. When we got inside, we were informed... that the door was supposed to be locked, and that the inside was closed. They made our food anyway, but just made us take it togo. No big deal. Food was what you'd expect. Read more
Sat in 2nd drive-thru in front of speaker for 15 minutes while 1st drive-thru had 6 cars go through and place orders. I tried... talking to the speaker but was ignored. I finally left the speaker and eventually made it to the window and tried to place myorder through the window and was told I could not. Terrible service and they don't monitor their 2nd drive-thru lane for carsor customers. I used my entire 30 minute lunch stuck in the drive-thru and didn't even get to eat lunch, guess I am goinghungry today. Read more

Thieves! Don't go to this Burger King. Either they hire people with ADHD or they are cheating people out of their money! 2nd... time I've ordered and didn't get whole order, so don't order more than 1 meal! Go to the other BK across town or McDonalds ifyou have too! Read more
Yesterday, I was doing a thing where my friend and I went around Eau Claire to find the best taco. We wanted to keep it even, so... we didn't try any fancy orders from the menus. Just a standard taco with ground beef, cheese, and lettuce. Now, I know whatyou're thinking, "Burger King doesn't make Tacos.". That's what I thought, but I looked it up. (Check the picture) It says thattacos were on the menu. So my friend and I drove down to see if this was true. Pulling up to the drive thru, we were greetedpretty lacklusterly by some guy named Kyle. He sounded stoned, but not even in a good way. So I asked, "Can we get twosoft-shell tacos, please?" He paused for a moment, then said, "We don't serve tacos here sir." I start to reply with, "I lookedit up and it says that I can get tacos here" But he cut me off repeating himself, "We don't serve tacos here sir." He soundedannoyed with me, and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. I tried again to explain what I meant, this time offering to come inand show him the information, but he cut me off once again just saying, "We don't serve tacos here sir." Now, I didn't actuallyexpect to get a taco from Burger King. I just wanted some clarity on my recent Google search. And Kyle was no help at all. Itruined my night, and now I'm debating never going to that Burger King again. Read more
The Italian chicken sandwich is HORRIBLE...we spent $43.00 on fries fried in old nasty oil and a very stringy chicken on soggy... nasty bun....only 15 minutes in the drive thru...great job burger king!! Read more
