Very addicting. I purchase almost every other day a cooler. They are so good and help me start my day off right! Customer... service is amazing. My order is always right. Honestly it was only wrong once and that one time my drink was still bomb. Noteven worth complaining over as it still started my day off great. Their products are the best! Went today and got the Iced white mocha and a bourritos and they both tasty like mud. Horrible the tortilla had a weird taste... and the coffee had no flavor. Total disappointment. It?s usually my second choice if Starbucks is full of people but I rathermake my own iced coffee at home or wait in line at Starbucks. There?s a reason Starbucks is so popular. Read more
I have always went to this location of Caribou and its been great for years but recently the new staff on for the summer are... rude and do not listen. I get talked over in the drive thru and i feel rushed when i place my order. The last 3 times my orderhas been wrong. This last time takes the cake. The lady taking my order as well as the supervisor were rude and dismissed myconcerns. They tried telling me it was my fault my order was wrong and the girl rolled her eyes at me as she shut the window. Iwill not be visiting this caribou location anymore and i hope management can address the attitudes of the staff. Read more
Wow! Both mine and husbands coffee was fantastic!! The lady working drive thru was wonderful and super patient as this was our... first visit and answered any and all questions without getting irritated. Espresso shots had a wonderful flavor! (Should haveasked what beans they were using) and the syrup flavors were perfectly matched so.the flavor of esspresso wasnt drowned out.Needless to say cant wait to go back to get my coffee fix!! Great coffee. If you need quiet, look elsewhere. It's nobody's fault that the espresso machines are loud. But we had to raise... our voices to hear while sitting next to each other. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and they work quickly to keep theircustomers happy. Read more
