Terrible service. The focus of the team was on customers in the drive thru. I waited for several minutes before I was asked if... I was being helped. I placed my order, but then another 10 minutes before the drink I ordered was made. The young lady who camearound the corner and asked me if I was being helped...I told her I already ordered. She checked the order screen and then madethe drink immediately. Poor service!! Read more

I love the caribou coffee by my house. They make things so much better than the one on Clairemont.
Although most customers go through the drive-thru, the interior is comfortable and welcoming. A fireplace with several easy... chairs, high and low tables available as well as some with benches. Read more
Love Caribou coffee! I get the large cold press w an extra shot of expresso light cream & sugar... They get the blend perfect... everytime! I do prefer the N. Clairemont and 53 locations more for trestment of customers. Read more

I used Uber ears for a coffee delivery. It was not the restaurant?s fault. The driver accidentally split a coffee cup. Caribou... Coffee said, ?That?s the drivers fault.? Fair enough. I understand what a restaurant can?t do. What can they do to help me? As abusiness owner, I take care of mistakes made. ?Make it right.?
