An Unfortunate downgrade. Staffing seems to be the big issue here. Previous rating a year ago was 4 stars. However the last two... times I have gone here, the service was terrible. Very slow and somewhat non caring. Maybe others have a better experience, butwhen compared to a year ago....this place has declined. It's truly a shame because I like the food. Friend and I had a Beacon and a Tappy. Beacon contained what seemed like beef jerky rather than brisket. The Tappy was very dry.... Bread on both seemed to be a few days old. Awful experience. Read more
Delivery is always at least twice as long as they claim, and the food is often in poor condition. The bread is clearly old as it... is hard to bite into. The guts are stuck to the bread so the sandwich been sitting a while. The soup is mush so clearly leftoverfrom previous days. I called to cancel when my order was over 40 minutes late and was told it will be there soon. I will not beordering from here again, Jimmy John's is far superior. Read more

Ordered at 12:37, its 1:45 and still waiting. When I called the EC Water Street location the nice gal on the phone said their... system doesn't really work. She was pleasant, but offered nothing to help fix the problem. I feel like over an hour for asandwich is ridiculous. I'll call jimmy johns next time. I really liked this place. Just stopping in on my drive in to Minneapolis. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It kind of... reminded me of a jimmy johns. The only complaint that I have is the food was kind of expensive. I also got the buffalo chickensandwich and when I bit into it some of the chicken had like ice on it from being refrigerated. It grossed me out a little.Broccoli cheddar soup was soothing. Other than that it was great. I would return. Read more
Gave the benefit of the doubt tonight and yet they still managed to screw up our order. Forgot the soup and made a Neuron... instead of the Beacon for my boyfriend. This isn't the first time they have messed our orders up too Read more
