Burnt bacon and didn't get the drive tho order right made it almost home before realizing it not cool
Upon arrival I was heading into the restroom, when the female behind the counter said something about not going in there without... a mask. As I opened the door for the bathroom I noticed an orange caution cone placed in a stall. She then said again how sheisn?t going in there without a mask. I realized at this point she was speaking to me, mind you this was the way she wasgreeting customers, so I stopped and asked if she was in fact speaking to me. She confirmed that she was by saying ?yea I?mtalking to you. You can use the bathroom just don?t use the stall with the caution cone in it, and I?m not going in therewithout a mask!? This whole time my daughter is waiting to be acknowledged by anyone else, which never happened. We waited fora moment and decided that although this Hardee?s location has been more convenient, we will use the fuel and drive to GolfRd. This location has gone down in every aspect since I?ve been going there (since the location first opened) and I will neverwaste my time with this type of sadness in the food industry. Not only has the quality of nearly every item I have personallyreceived from this location sank lower each time, so has the hospitality and quality of the people. I was in drivethru ~ couldn't hear~ the speaker was so bad and hard to understand. So I pulled ahead to talk through the window.... While I was waiting, the vehicle in front of me had a coupon and they had asked If it was applied and the woman~` I believewas the manager of this store was rude and kept saying words of "fricken applied" and that they were getting a sandwich withoutthe coupon and I was displeased with that service and left I don't plan on coming back to that Hardee's on Eddie lane andClairemont and Western Ave Read more
While I greatly enjoy Hardee's menu options, this specific Hardee's location was struggling. As with most customer service... related companies these days, the staff (while friendly and courteous) were tired and shorthanded. While the skeleton crew didtheir best to keep up with orders, it was evident that they could use a helping hand. Of my order, half of the ham melts werenot heated enough to melt the cheese on the sandwich, and the ham slightly cold. Having never worked in the fast food industry,I contribute this to assuming the staff was attempting to hustle out orders and cut the cook time. I feel this location overallis a good place to eat, complete with child outside play area. I hope upper management is aware of their strained staff, andcan offer some relief, which would warrant a higher star rating. Read more
Hardees regrettably got rid of the best item on the menu, cinnamon raisin biscuits. We went there because the biscuits and... gravy were always so good. Now, the gravy just tasted like flour; no sausage. The one person working the cash register was alsoworking drive thru. Absolutely would not acknowledge my presence for about ten minutes, even though I was the only person in thelobby to order. Read more
The order took awhile, which is to be expected...but you could tell they had all the food made except the chicken strip. 2 meals... were cold, chicken was extraordinarily hot. Read more
