Our first trip to Eau Claire and we decided to eat at Houligans. Now we'll be eating there every trip. Tried 3 different... entrées and they were all amazing. With a public parking ramp just a block away there's no reason to worry about parkingdowntown. The atmosphere was charming and the service was outstanding. You can't go wrong eating here. Read more
This place definitely has the best tasting seafood in Eau Claire. I was blown away seriously, loved every bite. Not too many... restaurants now a days offer this type of service. The waitress was exceptional, as well. They have huge drink selection too.Houligans, is for sure on the pricey-er side of establishments, but at least the prices match the service. I chose Houligan's because I wanted Walleye. They were out, so I had a very delicious rare prime rib will mashed potatoes and... green beans. I requested creamy horseradish. Parking is difficult, but worth the effort. Read more
Excellent!!! Every time. The food, drinks, service, atmosphere, everything. Saturday prime rib is second to none. Fish fry... is great as well. Why stop there? Might as well go for some cheesecake and an after dinner drink. Even with the challenges of2020 they have excelled with take out. 25 minute drive home and my fish was crispy and cheese curds were delicious. Read more
I haven't ordered a steak in decades because it never seems to get cooked to order. Hooligans knocked it out of the park at... perfect medium rare. Absolutely delicious, and the service was also some of the best I've ever had. Can't wait to go back. Oneof, if not the, best restaurants in Eau Claire. Read more
