I just walked into this place and the GM literally told me he was refusing my order. Because only 2 ppl were working. He was... rude about is what made it so crazy. He said he was the GM and his District Manager would support his response. 5 pizzas. For mydaughters bday party. I even said I would come back and get them and he said "I said I refuse your order" and walked away. Iwill never ever go back there. He was rude and inconsiderate which is what made it so wrong. Had he told me he was short staffedand didn't have the man power at the time I would have actually felt bad and totally understandable. But he was rude anddisrespectful. Get your team together DM!! The whole selling point behind Little Ceaser's was it being hot and ready and pick up and go. Now this place doesn't take ANY... lobby orders. I won't be coming back to this place again. If it's order and wait now, there's many other pizza places that havebetter pizza. Read more
Came to order a pizza, employee was pretty rude. They closed the store at 7:10pm 6/14/22 - went there today and they didn't... have any Hot and Ready to go pizza ready! I ordered a pizza and they messed that one up, had to wait for it to be remade. Mostother places would've offered a free breakfast or made the order free for the inconvenience. I ordered a sausage pizza and was told 10 minute wait. Ok no problem ended up waiting about 30 minutes and then when I got home... opened my pizza it wasn?t cut at all. Placed an online order at 4:45pm estimated time for pick up was at 5:20. Place was packed with other people who had ordered... online as well. I waited for 15 min and then the manager came up and asked a few of our names to see if our orders were done. Iwas standing off to the side and picked my head around and stated my name. She seemed to know my order was sitting back on arack. But when she went to pick it up she asked the other two workers where one of the pizza's were as I had three ordered. Thetwo pizzas that were sitting on that rake have been sitting there sense I got there. The other workers didn't seem to know soshe went to go make it "again". My order was finally ready to go and I walked out the door at 5:53. With three pizza's two ofwhich sitting on that rack for 30 plus min. Got home, opened them up and the one that was missing was supposed to be Beef andOlives. What I opened was not that. The other two were correct. Called the store back and explained the issue. I was instructedto come back and they'd have it waiting for me. Got there again and no one came up to the front. Waiting again I was. 15 min. Now it was 6:45. And all that was said was "Sorry about this". And the worker just walked away. Now normally I dont have anyproblems with this location but this was ridiculous tonight. So their star rating went down for me. Hope they can prove therecompetence the next time I order from here. Read more
Pizza good. BUT ITS SUPPOSED TO BE HOT AND READY. Things have changed with this store. Been here 3 different times and all 3... times I had to wait 15-20 mins. Back in the day the pizza was always ready to go right when I ordered. Shoulda went todominos. Read more
