Why even offer the pizza portal and online ordering if I have to sit twenty to thirty minutes beyond the pickup time listed? ... And how can my pizza take an hour from placing it through the app, and they hand me a cold overcooked hunk of crustyterribleness. They?re the absolute worst. I was at the other location last week and a woman who put her order in through theapp was in tears because they screwed up a large order of pizzas for her kids birthday so badly. Normally this is a great store and is my go to store. However, today it was such an unprofessional environment. Walked in to... rap music playing loudly. Which I honestly don't mind but I could tell other waiting customers were uncomfortable. Two peoplenoticed me at the counter and just walked away. The service was mediocre at best. Pizza was good. Customer service needs lots of assistance. No pizzas available unless you order online. They had a plain... pizza available, and asked for them to throw in a dipping sauce since they have nothing else available. First time at this caesars, and it was best experience I?ve had at a little Caesars. They gave my kids cookie bags almost... immediately after walking in the door, quoted the wait to be 10 min, but it was more like 5, included paper plates without myasking, and the biggest thing was the employee behind the counter was actually friendly and seemed to enjoy his job? Ordered on the app, and set pick-up to be about 45 minutes later. It was not ready at the time specified, and we had to wait an... additional 30 minutes. Nobody greeted us at the door, and we saw the workers in the back throwing bouncy balls and goofing off.The other Eau Claire location does not have these types of issues.
