Love Mancinos! I was sad to see them leave the Clairemont location, but their new place is really nice. Food is great!

Our family wanted to have a casual and upbeat meal after my dad's memorial service. We were unsure how many people would attend... until we arrived but Sam and the Mancino's crew were so very accommodating. We used the back room and spilled out into thetables and booths in the back of the restaurant. The food was great and staff was so easy to work with. A big Thank You toMancino's from our family and friends! Read more

I've been to two different Mancino's locations and both times they were great! There is no table service, you order from the... counter and the menu looks like a huge poster on the wall! They do have accurate representations of the sandwich sizes so youknow how big of a sandwich you're going to get before you order as well. I had a Turkey Grinder, they come toasted and aredelicious! Highly recommended! The staff was not overtly friendly, but was also not rude or disrespectful - almost like ateenage child who acknowledges that you're the parent, yet would rather you weren't standing in front of them talking. Afterordering you find your seat where ever you want and they will bring out your food, shouting your name - instead of looking for atable number. Read more

My wife & I ordered from here this evening. We were told our food would be here in 45 mins tops. 90mins later and after several... phone calls we picked up our food instead of delivery. When we spoke with the supervisor Tara she was extremely rude andapathetic to the situation just saying she?ll include coupons for next time ($2 off ????). No apologies, no concern just rudeand absolutely lacking of customer service. However the save all was the employee I think his name was Bryant. He was kind, helpful and had amazing customer service skills. He ended up doubling our order and apologizing profusely for the inconvenience. My wife is familiar with the owner of Mancinos and we?re hoping to next time receive better service (other than Bryant). It ismy experience when a local company messes up someone?s order to the point where it?s over an hour late and it was cancelled, itis pretty customary to offer a discount rather than act very rudely as the customer asks for one. Just really don?t think that?supervisor? is a great fit to work with the public. As far as the food goes it was just as good as it?s always been. Loved it. Read more
